• All payments require PIN verification for security
• Transactions are processed in real-time and are final once completed
• You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds before sending payments
• We reserve the right to hold or reverse transactions that appear fraudulent

5. Payment Methods

You may link debit cards, credit cards, and bank accounts to your CarlitoPay wallet. By linking payment methods:

• You confirm you are the authorized owner of the payment method
• You authorize us to verify and store your payment information securely
• You agree that CarlitoPay is not liable for third-party payment processing fees

6. Social Features

CarlitoPay includes social features (feed, messaging). When using social features:

• You are responsible for content you post or share
• You must not post illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Posts on the social feed are publicly visible to all users
• Direct messages are private between participants
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms

7. Account Suspension

We may freeze or suspend your account if we suspect fraudulent activity, violations of these terms, or for any reason to protect the safety and integrity of our platform.

8. Privacy
